With all the information available, it can be hard to decipher what will actually improve your health. These 3 tips are simple yet effective.

Move every hour. If you are sitting most of your day at work or at home, one thing you can do to improve circulation and blood sugar levels is to move every hour. Whether that is 25 body weight squats, a walk to the bathroom and back or listening to your favorite song and dancing it out, make it happen.
Keep a consistent bedtime. This allows your internal circadian rhythm to operate more efficiently, which will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Some research suggests that a consistent bedtime is more important than the actual number of hours of sleep you get.
Drink more water. Seems simple right? According to many studies roughly 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. For your cells to function properly, your body needs to be hydrated.
